To avoiding damages of the shipping crate because of heavy loading, it is dispatched standing upright.

Important: Before opening the shipping crate, it has to be laied on the ground, back side down!

To open the front board, the front board screws have to be removed. They are screwed through the board edges (marked red on the picture). Unscrew them with a Torx-Bit T20 (use an electric screwdriver).

There are markings showing the mating connection points to the frame parts – two identical marks form a compound.

In assembling the parts, the screws should only loosely turned by hand into the threads and then just as strongly tighted by using the included Allen wrench, that the frame parts are jointed without slippage. To protect the bush threads, all screws are initially slightly counterclockwise rotated during preparation, to feel or hear the thread; only then turn the screw without any effort in the thread. The screw threads should always be lubricated slightly for better ease of movement.

Working order: First, screw the side panels to the rear wall, then mount the front panel.

Caution: Screws not overtighten! If a threaded bushing should rotate during screwing, or the frame parts for other reasons can not be connected to each other, the frame may not be further used until the problem is solved – there may be no adequate standing and sustainability!

First set the sound board with its back side down on the podium frame, then lower the front side.

Caution: Place plate carefully and only touch the sides – risk of clamping at the front board!
